HOW TO MEASURE

For the most accurate results, take measurements over close fitting apparel. Use a flexible, flat tape measure and if possible, have someone help take your measurements.

1. CHEST : Relax your arms at your side. Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.

2. WAIST : Stand straight and measure the narrowest part of your waist keeping the tape horizontal.

3. HIP : Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest point of the hip, keeping the tape horizontal.
